AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I've got a data set with 108 time slices. In our experiments we typically throw out the first 6 times and the last 2 times. In the past we have done this manually and then used 3ddelay on the remaining 100 times.

I would like to use the -nfirst and -nlast parameters in 3ddelay to avoid this step, but I notice a problem with -nlast. When I put in 107 or higher for -nlast, the data appears, roughly, as expected. When I put in 106, nearly all of the data vanishes (only one or two voxels remain).

Any ideas what might be going on here?

Many Thanks!
