Just to clarify- We do not run the script twice normally- we normally only run it once to compare the adults (set 1) and the kids (set 2). WE ran the script twice- bc we were questioning the output of the script. so after running the script normally; we changed the output file name and ran it again- If everything was working- we should have two indetical files to look at in afni- but the tow output file were quite different- look around the amygdala to see evidence of this-
