Since I wasn't sure if there were any changes made to the version since I have last ran this analysis, I ran it again now. The problem I originally reported seems resolved, so your guess was probably right that the the version I used was the older one.
Note, when I ran both -aBcontr, -Abcontr, -aBdiff and -Abdiff, there seems to be an error in the naming of subbriks (the threshold for -contr is called diff. attached 3dinfo). When I run those separetely (diff separate from contr options) it was fine.
There is however another problem. -bmean gives me funky results. instead of the usual pattern of thresholded activation, there is a 'flat' image, namely, activation with a single, absurdly high, threshold across the brain (same for both levels of factor B).
please let me know what we need to do to fix this last error.
