AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello all,

This question I guess is more gueared torward Gang, it concerns ANOVA4.

If I want to know for example which of the calculations use which df, where would I be able to find such info. I ask this because for the sub-bricks that ANOVA four spits out automatically they tend to have a different p-value for the same t than the sub-bricks determined by my glts. Can someone please clarify why?

Another thing I noticed that in the ANOVA 4 output is it has really high T values (huge in intensity) when I compare it say to an output from ANOVA3, any particular reason for this?

Thanks in advance..
