AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi AFNI,

I have several EPI image files that I am trying to convert from ANALYZE format to AFNI format. I am trying to use the following command:

to3d -'epan' -prefix swrest2 -time:zt 10 1010 500 alt+z swrest2_*.hdr

I have 10 slices in z and 1010 images total and TR=500 ms. There are 1010 swrest2_*.hdr files, each one corresponding to one 3D image. The command above gives me the following output:

to3d: 2D slices into 3D datasets for AFNI, by RW Cox
++ WARNING: TR expressed in milliseconds will be converted to TR=0.500000s
Counting images: total=46460 2D slices
*** Number of slices on command line = 46460
*** Number of slices needed for -time: = 10100
*** Something is wrong with your command line!

I'm not sure what I should be doing. Any suggestions?

Thanks!
Jason
