Okay, I see. With both methods, you can see the same voxels but colored differently it seems. They give slightly different kinds of information in their coloration. It looks like the FA color-encoded primary eigenvector gives more information about direction and contiguity by having similar colors for similar directions. The barycentric images give commonality of the anisotropy by dividing the voxels into two categories (Cl and Cp). In both cases, voxels with low anisotropy are removed.
