There is not much to do to make it running. You just add it to your path or to your bin - or simply put it inside the folder where all your files are located. Then you type on the terminal the command line appropriate for what you need to be done, and the output will be as described in the help section. With this output, we could graph small subcortical structures that have been manually traced in 3D, and we could compare bewteen control and clinical groups, looking at where in the structure the volumetric difference would be located. There is a volume for each slice of the traced area, then we can compute mean and SD for each slice of the traced area in each group. Neat!
