Help! I used adwarp to Talairach a set of functionals based on a 3dvolume anatomical acquisition which i manually Talairached in AFNI. Unlike the anatomical scan, the functionals do NOT cover the whole brain. They are missing the inferior end with the cerebellum, etc.

I am getting very weird results. I've attached two images of a functional scan--one in original view and the other in tlrc view. As you can see, a black diagonal band is encroaching on the slice.

Is the problem related to the fact that the functionals cover less brain than the anatomical? Does AFNI know how to deal with this?
