AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I have done a regression using 3dDeconvolve using numerous stimulus files. There are 11 subject datasets and 6 runs per subject. It takes a very long time to go through each output by hand in the AFNI gui to see if any of the R^2 values are above 0.5 for each slice.

Is there some way to automate this? If possible, i would like to limit the result to voxels that pass the R^2 criteria only if they are in a contiguous cluster of at least two. This would save me a great deal of time.

Thank you!
Katrina
