AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Excuse my naiveness. The alignment looks like to works fairly well as far as the translation and rotation is concerned (by visual inspection), but is the fact that the bottom (inferior) part of the brain not covering the anatomical due to alignment error, or due to not having been acquired with the functionals in the first place? (on the same train of thought - is the squishy red blob in the medial inferior-posterior part supposed to be a distorted cerebellum on the functionals?)

Also, would it be possible to please send the screenshots with the realigned functional's opacity adjusted so that we could see the underlay and overlay at the same time?
