AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi ho. I've got a brik that's been reoriented the way I want, but the
origin is still wrong and I want to shift it a little. Is there a
command I can use to set the origin of the brik?

[Long story: these briks have been 3dtagaligned to a master, but the
coordinate system is not perfectly centered on the origin I want.
Aligning the tags solves a different problem than the one I should
solve, but the results are quite close. In fact in one example I have,
the origin is about 4 mm away from where it should be. So I just want to
shift the origin a bit.]
