AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Greetings,

The latest version of the anatomy toolbox (Version 1.3c) is now available for download. You will need AFNI's latest version of the binaries AND the new atlas datasets ( [afni.nimh.nih.gov] ) . You cannot use old AFNI binaries with the latest atlases (and vice versa) because the mapping between atlas code and cortical areas changes.
See whereami -help (as usual) for more detail and some new options.

There should be no more discrepancy in the size of TT_Daemon datasets and that of TT_N27_CA datasets.

The binaries for some platforms are still building but should all be available in a couple of hours from this posting.

cheers,
-ziad
