AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Sumner,

There is one significant difference there. IAmask8.txt has
dimensions of 4.0 x 4.0 x 4.2, while NIImask8.txt is 4.0^3.
That is not a big deal alone, however you are applying -rmm 4
on the command lines. So in the case of IAmask8.txt, clusters
are not allowed to go across slices, because the voxels are
too far apart.

So the command line for IAmask8.txt is really not correct.
You would need to use '-rmm 4.2' to allow for 3-D clusters.

On the down side, that means the more "difficult" results are
probably more correct...
