Dear afni experts:

I have a clustered tlrc BRIK file that is in float. How can I change it to short. I am trying to use 3dmaxima on my output dataset following 3dANOVA4 and clustering and it says that "only short datasets are allowed".

I tried to use the following script:

to3d -prefix 3dcluster_mp-ms.sht -datum -short -2swap 3df:00:0:64:64:10:3dcluster.mp-ms.trlc

Please kinldy advise on how to do the conversion.
