AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

Is there a way to increase the temporal resolution of the fitts output of 3dDeconvolve? I ask because I am attempting some effective connectivity analyses, and was told that it would be beneficial if I could increase the temporal resolution of my model fit to a period TR/2. I know this can be done for the output IRFs, but in this case the model fit of the entire timeseries.

If not I expect that I will have to load the fitts files into MATLAB for interpolation. Are their any caveats to doing so that I should be aware of? Are their any functions in the MATLAB toolbox that might I might benefit from in doing so?

Thanks.

Vinny
