That's what I thought. The reason I ask is that I have structural images in ASR but my functional images are in RAS according to 3dinfo. I'm trying to normalise these using fsl's flirt tool but the results coming out of that leave a lot to be desired, to say the least.
I've previously used flirt to normalise (using the single stage process not the two stage which they recommend) both structural and functional with reasonable results. You can see the results in a thread from last week some time.
The only think I can think of that might be causing the crappy results is the difference in orientation of the structural and functional images. I'm just writing an email to the fsl list to ask for advice.
Regards,
Colm.
