Referring to the .pdf of the ppt listed in this directory.

I just wanted to make sure what the requirements are for the struc.BRIK to include as the input to 'mri_convert'.

In the handout 3dUniformize follows immediately after to3d of the anatomical volume. But in that state some of my data has quite a tilt to the head placement within the FOV. So usually I use 3drotate to adjust the volume before setting the AC-PC and Talaraich markers. Just wondering if this is necessary before using 3dUniformize and mri_convert.
