Hi all,

I've created some NIfTI files of functional data (from Philips PAR/REC files) using Chris Rorden's mricron tools. 3dinfo only shows 1 subbrik and the data type is abuc. avwinfo from fsl correctly recognises the nii files as having 4 dimensions. Is it just a simple matter of changing the dataset type to epan for 3dinfo (and I presume the rest of afni) to recognise them as timeseries data? If so how do do that?

Thanks,

Colm.
