Probably not. This thread is about 8 years old, so there have been a few iterations of this. There had been a version with 3dWarpDrive, and then Wolfgang posted the variation above with 3dAllineate as the warping function. Nowadays, you could consider the NIH TORTOISE package to do this instead.
