Hi Daniel, May I have a quick question following this thread?
I have tried the code of transformation of gradient matrix. It works great in orig space.
If I hope to proceed to tlrc space, do I have to do the transformation again?
For example, mapping the skull-stripped brain to TT_N27+tlrc. Then using the transformation matrix (from the header of the output of @auto_tlrc) to transform the gradient matrix again (which has been transformed once from DWI to anatomy).
