Hi Daniel, Thanks for your quick response. Hope you do not mind my further query. I'm quite new on the DTI analyses.
I'm wondering 2 ways to transform DTI into standard space, may I ask which one do you prefer? Let us assume that DWI images have been aligned to skull-stripped brain.
(1) transform DWI in original space (DWI+orig) to DWI in standard space (DWI+tlrc). Calculate diffusion tensor in standard space (tensor+tlrc) based on DWI+tlrc.
(2) Calculate diffusion tensor in original space based on DWI+orig (tensor+orig). Then, transform tensor+orig to standard space using something like @auto_tlrc -apar option (tensor+tlrc).
(1) is suggested by some analytic pipeline, however, I found (2) seems preserve the number of bundles.
