Hi Renat,
Do you have only one file per volume? If so, that would throw
Dimon off, since it is written explicitly for files with a single
slice in each.
When you have one volume per DICOM file, you will have to run
to3d yourself, and specify the number of slices per volume on the
command line. The only way you might try to work around it is to
run to3d on a single file, check the slices mentioned in the error
message, and use that for your command.
But it might be safer to do it yourself.
