Dear AFNI minds,
I would like to use 3dDeconvolve to calculate datasets of hemodynamic response functions to particular event classes as I would get with the -stim_lag 7 option (eight total time-points, 0-7) and a single column of 0's and 1's where the events are.
Problem is, my behavioral data are collected as stim times (in s). I did this because I know you can enter stim_times in AFNI and generate canonical wave-forms on the fly with "GAM" to simply look at event-related correlations in the time series, and contast them.
I am wondering if there is a way to convert stim-times to a column of 0's and 1's (or the equivalent) to enable -iresp output (after feeding afni the TR value) without my having to laboriously concoct a spreadsheet with logic cells.
