Hello,
I'm having trouble using 3dROIstats. When I try to calculate the mean of a brik within a ROI I get over 100 results! The same is true for standard deviations, etc. I have included an example below. As far as I understand, the brick does not have any sub-bricks.
The brik cVe_stim_0_2,30- 120Hz,D3.svl_at_norm+tlrc. was created by starting with a SAMsrc volume (.svl file), using 3dcopy to change it to AFNI format, using @auto_tlrc to warp it into Talairach space and using 3dNormalize to z-score it. The mask L_MFG+tlrc. was created using ROIbuilder and modified using 3dfractionize with cVe_stim_0_2,30- 120Hz,D3.svl_at_norm+tlrc. as the template.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
