AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

The output
  tcsh: -nobout: Command not found
indicates that you might have a blank after the closing '\' of the previous line in the script, since it looks like the script is trying to run a program of the name '-nobout', which doesn't exist. The '\' characters should be the last ones on their lines -- if they are followed by a blank, they effectively become meaningless, and do NOT act as a line continuation marker.

As for the specific question:
Whether you have to censor out times with large movements -- no one can answer that for you. You will have to try it both ways and see if you get any significant difference.
