AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello,

I am trying to convert some functional data from AFNI to ANALYZE format, but I was having some trouble with the data seeming to shift. When I use the commands below to convert a file to ANALYZE then convert it straight back to AFNI (without doing anything else to it) I get the data shifted down a couple of centimeters.

3dAFNItoANALYZE -orient LPI SP1_func run_1_tc_vr_fm+orig

to3d -anat -prefix SP1_func_0070 SP1_func_0070.hdr

I\'m including a picture in case my description doesn\'t make sense. Also, I\'m showing the 70th time point but it happens at all of them.

Thanks very much for any help,
