AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi all,

I'm going through my data in the afni viewer and noticed that some of my data it holey. As you can see on the attached screenshot. This is the case for only some of my subjects. The Olay value says they are 0 and given the color table loaded shouldn't they be green? Should I be worried about these holey brains?

The overlay in the screen shot was produced using the following command:

3dcalc -fscale -a2 ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.dec+orig.HEAD -b6 ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.dec+orig.HEAD -c10 ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.
dec+orig.HEAD -d14 ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.dec+orig.HEAD -k2 ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.gamma.errs+orig.HEAD -s8 ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.gamma.errs+orig.HEAD -expr '(step(k)-step(-k))*100*s/
((a+b+c+d)/4)*8' -prefix ctrl/66101_2/66101_2.%auc.errs

Thanks,

Colm.
