Hi Mona,
An A vs. B contrast (via adiff?) is the difference between the
average A value and the average B value. Supposing that each
average is in the range of [-5,10], then the difference between
them will be in [-15,15]. For example, consider these extreme
averages:
A = 10, B = 10, then A-B = 0, and color = green
A = 10, B = -5, then A-B = 15, color = red
A = -5, B = 10, then A-B = -15, color = blue
A = -5, B = -5, then A-B = 0, color = green
Of course, that assumes the default coloring and a scale of 15.
