Could you conduct a multiple linear regression analysis using 3dRegana, with 4 factors: group (1 and 2); task (1 and 2); time (1, 2 and 3); group*time interaction (1, 2, 3, 4 and 6). The dependent variable would be beta values for each subject/task/session. Or perhaps remove the factor task and conduct 2 separate multiple linear regression analyses?
