AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,
I've run a study where I look at one single group, performing a task which is divided into 4 different conditions (retrieving memories from 4 time periods of the person's life) as well as a control task. I'm interested in comparing the 4 different conditions against eachother (having first contrasted them to the control task), while controlling for a behavioral output variable that was obtained within each of the 4 conditions throughout the runs.

I've tried this, using the script on your website [afni.nimh.nih.gov],
"(2) Comparing two groups with covariate effect removed". However, I'm not actually comparing two groups but rather two conditions within the same group (repeated measures?).

Any ideas of what is the right way to go here?

Thanks,
Hedvig.
