AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi AFNIers,

I am using the most recent version of AFNI and when I try to use @auto_tlrc with the TT_avg152T1 template , it give me the following error:

---------------------------------------
Error:
It looks like your version of template
/AFNI_2007_05_29_1644/TT_avg152T1 is old and in MNI space.
Please download new corrected version of this template and of MNI_avg152T1+tlrc
to work with this version of @auto_tlrc .
New template versions are available from [afni.nimh.nih.gov]

---------------------------------------

I am somewhat surprised because I am aware that sometime last year the TT_avg152T1 template was updated from MNI to tlrc space and I have been able to use this template since then along with the option -ok_notice.

Has anything changed in @auto_tlrc in the newest AFNI version?... or has the template changed yet again?

Please help!

Thanks.
RN
