Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

After running a script using 3dDeconvolve on an older AFNI version there are 130 subbricks in the Bucket file including baseline files, however when I run the same script on a newer version (AFNI_2007_5_29_1644) only 97 subbricks are shown in the Bucket file and baseline files are missing. I need the baseline files for later collapsing baseline across runs when calcluating PSC. Where can I find these baseline files in the newer version? (or does the new version automatically calculate baseline across runs?)
