Maybe I missed a change to @auto_tlrc, but what I used to run for warping functional data to the EPI tal template is no longer working. Here's what I'm running:
@auto_tlrc -base TT_EPI+tlrc -input mid12b+orig -ok_notice

And it chokes and tells me this:
Parsing ...
Using template from /abin/afni ...
Error: Only one sub-brick allowed as input in usage mode 1
Input dataset has 864 sub-bricks. Use '[]' to
choose one sub-brick.

Anything obvious I am doing wrong? This used to work...
