Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

There had been a previous "design flaw" that would show this warning, but in more recent versions, this warning would only come about if the dataset would have two conflicting cardinal (non-oblique) transformation matrices. In this case, the transformation matrix (AFNI dataset attribute ijk_to_dicom_real) would be replaced with the transformation matrix computed from the general orientation, origin and voxel size information.

Make sure you're running the most recent version of AFNI and verify the dataset orientation in the AFNI GUI. If the resulting dataset doesn't seem to be oriented properly , please let us know.
