AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi David,

The fact that you are running is as ./@auto_tlrc, instead
of just @auto_tlrc suggests to me that your path is not
set up. You need the directory holding the afni binaries
in your path.

See this thread for details:

---

Your second command fails for different reasons. Putting
"-base TT_icbm452+tlr*" on the command line causes the shell
to expand that '*' wildcard character into the _2_ files that
make up a dataset. The .BRIK file might be okay, but then
the .HEAD file is considered an unknown command line option.

When you fix your path, the first command should work find,
without the leading './'. See HowTo #0, basical installtion
instructions for details on a good way to set up your computer.
