AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

First, thanks to Drew for helping me find the Plugin_STAvg.so for my experiment.

I am having a little difficulty understanding how this plugin works.

My understanding is that I have to create a stimulus timing file which contains "1's" and "0's" so that each 1 matches the volume where the stimulus is "on", and 0 for "rest", etc.

When I do this, it gives me plot with 18 time indexes, which doesn't seem to match up to the number of conditions in our time course (I count five groups of 1's and five groups of 0s, so this should be 10 right?)

Thanks in advance,

-Bob
