I'll see you in a few weeks then, when Gang can explain
this in more detail (unless we skip that class, not sure).
As a rule of thumb, never 'source' a script unless you
really want to modify your current environment. Since
the @analyze_ht03 script is a tcsh script, you can run
it via:
tcsh @analyze_ht03
or preferably, let the top line of the script dictate
the language, and run via:
./@analyze_ht03
On top of that, the script uses contrasts under the
ht03/contrasts directory. Either get that tree, or edit
the script not to use the contrasts (implies messing with
the awk command, too).
Note that you can get all that data from:
wget [
afni.nimh.nih.gov]
As a side note, the other class directory is AFNI_data4,
both of which we will use in Princeton.
---
If you have already collected your data, there is little
to gain by this, except as an exercise. The purpose is
to try a variety of stimulus timing patterns, and choose
one with relatively good statistical power.
