3dTstat gives Segmentation Fault

Suddenly, out of nowhere, 3dTstat is giving me a segmentation fault:

$3dTstat -mean -prefix 4_mean 4_sm+orig

Segmentation fault

Has anyone seen this before? I am using the latest version of AFNI on an OS X system running 10.4.11. However, I have tried pointing AFNIDIR to older versions, and the error seems to remain. I have tried regenerating this BRIK several times. I have tried running 3dTstat on other briks. The result is the same.

Advice?
