Hi,
just one more clarification on peak values. If I am looking at the functional map of a t-test within afni after doing cluster tresholding with Clusterize, in the clusterize table if you select "peak" it gives you the coordinates of the voxel with the highest intensity, and if I jump to those coordinates the overlay info at the bottom right of the 'define overlay' panel gives me the corresponding t value, right?
But how do I identify not just the vox with the highest intensity, but the voxel with the highest statistical difference between two levels, which would have the highest (peak) t value? Thank you,
Alessandra
