AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Yes! Yes?
so I do not see the instructins for this newest option which I would like to use.
Can you send me a sample ?
I am actually using the following to plot the motion of child data from our motion.txt files

I am trying to write a small script for this as we have about 200 data sets

Here is my script with this I can do them one by one.
1dplot -plabel RonOne-dx 2 -yaxis -2:2:5:5 -ynames Pitch Yaw I-S R-L A-P epi_'$subject'_1_motion.txt[2,3,4,5,6]

many thanks
Frances
