AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Ziad,

After a recent AFNI upgrade (currently running precompiled binary linux_gcc32: Jan 22 2008), I am getting an error while using 3ddelay. Here's the command I used and the corresponding output to the terminal.

$ 3ddelay -input S14_BH_6mm_TRI+orig. -ideal_file 034_041_003_TRA.1D -fs 0.4 -T 34 -prefix S14_BH_6mm_TRI_tr

------------output-------------------------------
++ 3ddelay: AFNI version=AFNI_2007_05_29_1644 (Jan 22 2008) [32-bit]
++ Authored by: Ziad Saad (with help from B Douglas Ward)
