AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

It seems that it, in terms of data integrity, it may be best to oblique the anatomical image. I tried doing this on the dataset that you looked at, however, there was no visual change (although the version of AFNI wasn't showing the EPI as oblique...as you noted). With the newer version of AFNI, should I expect to see a visual change in the data when I oblique the anatomical? I'm guessing that this step should be done before talairaching (and of course co-registration to the EPI). I'm also assuming that by doing this, the anatomical data will be interpolated, so any structural data processing should be done on the original dataset. Correct? Again, I appreciate your help!
