I'm having trouble viewing flattened patches (made with Freesurfer) in SUMA. When the program is started with the original surface volume created by SUMA_Make_Spec_FS, I can view the patch just fine.

However, after starting the program with the surface volume created by SUMA_AlignToExperiment, I can view all surfaces and the cut patch fine, but the flattened patch fails to appear. I've tried zooming out and rotating the view with no luck. Am I missing a necessary step to view 2D data?
