I have already made a threshold map and have drawn a ROI on the anatomical map. I am trying to now find out how many active voxels there are for that thresholded intersection map (two tasks combined) and am hitting a huge wall. Since I have to threshold maps combined I am having troubles getting active voxels out of that map?
