I've managed to get afni compiled for Leopard. It requires updates for all the libraries to be 64-bit compliant. That includes the X11 (Xquartz) and Motif libraries. The 64-bit version of Motif doesn't seem to be available under Fink or Darwin Ports, so I found it elsewhere (www.ist.co.uk/motif). Unfortunately, afni crashes when it starts because of some problem with the widgets. 3dDeconvolve, which doesn't have to worry about graphics issues, does work, at least with the most basic testing. I'll take a look next week at this.
