Hi Gang -

I'm attempting to run 3dLME on a 2 Response Types X 2 Emotions X 2 Groups ANOVA (plus random subject factor).

I've resampled all the files to 3 X 3 X 3. I'm using input files with only 1 subbrik. None of my factors have only numbers.

Here is my model.txt below. There are more subjects but for brevity I have only included two. When I use all subjects, it takes longer and there are more numbers but the error is the same.

I've attached the output file (which was run with 37 subjects) but the main error is:
Error in if (ext == "head") { : argument is of length zero
Calls: read.AFNI
Execution halted

Any help you could give me would be really appreciated. I've tried working on this for a while, with no luck.
