AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Note: this message was moved to a new thread by rickr,
and pertains to difficulties with openmotif.

I have this issue too. Here is what I've done:

1. Install XCode (disk 2 that came with your computer)
2. Visit the fink site and read that they do not have a 10.5 version available yet.
3. Install darwinports (http://darwinports.com)
4. cd /opt/local/bin
5. sudo port -d selfupdate
6. sudo port install openmotif

I still get the

dyld: Library not loaded: /sw/lib/libXm.3.dylib

error. I did a quick search and noticed that I have neither the libXm.3.dylib file on my system, nor do I have even a /sw directory. After using darwin ports to install openmotif, I do have a libXm.4.0.0.dylib file...is that any help?
