AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Ziad/others,

I'm having an issue with SurfClust. Maybe it's something simple that I'm overlooking but I can't seem to figure out why I'm getting the error I'm getting.

Here's the command I'm running:

SurfClust -spec /usr/local/afni/suma_tlrc/N27_both_tlrc.spec \
-surf_A /usr/local/afni/suma_tlrc/lh.smoothwm.tlrc.ply \
-input AttnSW_grpsrf_LH.niml.dset'[0,1]' 0 \
-thresh_col 1 -athresh 2.306 -rmm 1 -amm2 733 \
-no_cent -out_clusterdset -out_fulllist \
-prefix ColrL-HL_posneg05_grpsrf_LH

And, here's the error I get back:

-- Error SurfClust (SUMA_SurfClust.c:531):
Failed to calculate Node Areas.

I've uploaded 'AttnSW_grpsrf_LH.niml.dset' to the server in a file called:

Adam0317.tgz

Could one of you please test this out and see if you get the same error message?
