Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

I've uploaded the data to nimh. The files are:

anat+orig.* -> orig mri
ortho+orig.* -> ortho transformed mri

anat2ortho.mfile -> the file used to transform anat to ortho, which can also used to transform ortho back to anat

FIOLCEKQ_Slmywin_PicReal+orig.* -> the functional data (MEG), with the same coordinate as ortho

FIOLCEKQ_SurfVol+orig.* -> SUMA with freesurfer

talairach.xfm -> the transform file in freesurfer subdirectory.

My purpose is to load FIOLCEKQ_Slmywin_PicReal+orig.* to SUMA. I thought it could be done like: ortho -> anat -> SUMA/FS. Now I am able to do the first step but don't know how to do the second step.
