AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello all,

I am trying to calculate event related averages for several different jittered stimuli. In order to accomplish this I wrote a simple script that works through the 1d files looking for when the stimuli occur, and then pulls and averages the data from these relevant timepoints. Unfortunately this doesn't quite work because the values in the 1D file refer to seconds and the dataset has a TR of 2 seconds.

Is there a way to interpolate between TR's so that the dataset contains values for every second and will thus align with the 1d file?

Is there an alternative, simpler way to calculate these ERA's that I've overlooked?

Thanks in advance for any help provided.
